A Boy Of Thirteen Enthroned As King
The Batcham people in the Western Region of Cameroon finally has a new king. Just at the age of 13 and a student of form 4 in Douala, His Majesty Djiotsa Sonkoue Adrien is named the new king of the Batcham people. His majesty replaces his father who died over eight years ago. Being the new ruler he automatically inherits all the properties and wives of his late dad. With the help of his multiple wives and village heads we do hope one of the youngest king in the world would be able to rule his people.
The ceremony of his enthronement was experienced by the senate president and several notables of the Western Region
What do you think dear readers, is this right or just doing it for the sake of tradition?
We'll love to read from you
