HBD To Me | 30 Lessons I've Learnt In 30 Years!!


Its my birthday today yayyyy๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ and am 30! Woww, can't believe I just clocked the almighty 30! Like my mum Cece will say, 30 is a turning points for women, and when you're 30 you start thinking differently lol.



May be the reason I couldn't sleep last night as I left my last twenty figure๐Ÿ˜• am grateful to God for this age and I want to wish a happy birthday to all the July 31st born.
I grew up in a town where I met great minds with fearless talent. I never believed in mediocre.  I met different people, some good, bad and nasty people as well but that's what makes life in itself exceptional and beautiful I guess. I want to share with you all some lessons I've learnt in 30 years so far. Oops I can't believe its 30 already hihi๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
1- Smile always cos you never know what your smile can do to someone.
My one trademark for anyone who knows me is my SMILE. I smile even when things are rough, I smile even when am hurt. SMILE to me should be something we a as humans should carry along. No matter how stressed you are just smile and hide the pain behind you!
2- Eat Clean. It shouldn't surprise you if its my number 2 lesson ๐Ÿ˜‰ I grew up with a woman who will basically count the nber of calories that her meals carry cos she doesn't play with her stomach. Eating clean to me is just eating the right food with the right nutrient in it. Like the saying goes "what we eat shows in our skin.
3- Drink lots of Water. Am a fat girl and I always find it hard to diet๐Ÿ˜Ž hmmm where will fine chop leave me lol๐Ÿ˜‚ but I stole a secret from a friend. She never walks without her bottle of water NEVER!  So I developed that habit of drinking lots of water so I can stay hydrated all day long without eating too much. Water also helps flush out toxic from our system and also prevents us from many sickness. Never go anywhere without your bottle of water please.
4- Be grateful for what you have. The one I learnt while growing up was to grateful. Mym mum will always tell us, I don't have much but what I can afford for you and your siblings please be contented. Never envy your friends.
5-  Always be positive. Toxic people they say add more stress to the body and so is negativity! Cancel any form of negativity in and around you and learn to breath positivity, make it to radiate from within. When you're positive it will be your strength when your weak.
6- Forgive yourself and others. Forgiveness is something is really hard for us to practice as humans. But my goal in life is to say am sorry even when am right. Am sorry helps to make me forget what someone has done to me and take away anger and hatred from my body and soul! Learn to forgive and let go. Remember forgiveness starts with you!
7- Don't worry too much. As for worry ehh its inevitable!!! As long as we live we worry about one thing or the other. May be you worry why you can't look like A or B. You worry why you are 30 and you're still single, you worry why you don't have the best job or the perfect family. The more you worry the more you loss out of what God has in stored for you! Worrying about things you can't change just steal your happiness.
8- Read your bible Every morning before even checking your mails. I was attached to my phone to a point where I forgot to even have my quiet time with God. Each time I wake up my hand goes directly to my phone and I end up not saying good morning to God! Whether we like or not, someone created us and gave us the grace to see another breaking of the day. I noticed each time I read make my morning prayer before leaving the house, I always whiteness some kind of favour where ever I go to that day. Don't loose out on your blessings because of a smart phone lol...
9- Exercise daily. In fact regular exercise can help prevent you from certain diseases. One thing that is certain about regular exercise is it helps you get rid of mental disease like STRESS which is the open gate for manynother diseases. Some health benefits of regular exercise are;
It prevents you from  heart disease and stroke.
Obesity
Self esteem and stress management
Disability
Osteoporosis and a lot more. As long as we live we need to exercise regularly. Trying to get on that plan like my big sis Anrette๐Ÿ˜‰
10- Be happy even when you have nothing.๐Ÿ˜„
11- invest in yourself:
12- Never REGRET
13-Tell those you Love how much you Love them.
14- Trust None. When it comes I have blindedly trust basically everyone I met on my way but when I was vaccinated, I knew no one on earth is to be trusted believe me. If you've been betrayed by a loved one then you know what am talking about.
15- Take photos every single day, you never know when its going to be a special one. Did you know taking many photos a day decreases the hormones that causes stress? It makes you to smile more and help you to be happy always.

16- Look GREAT feel GREAT.
17- Never be afraid to try
18- Follow your DREAMS
19- Learn from your past relationships. Every relationships we have as humans its an experience on its own, whether good or bad, an experience is something that will always makes you become smart and wise.
20- Pray More. Need I explain about prayer? We all knows what prayer can do. Make your life a life of prayer cos the bible tells us to pray without ceasing. Like we all know prayer is the master key we all ought to have.
21- Surround yourself with positive people. This adds more sugar to your life.
22- LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THY SELF
23- Give back. Some people think giving back means we have to be rich to help others. Giving back to me is just putting smile to someone's else's face and meeting the needs of the needy! Give as often as you can.
24- Don't let anyone dictate your life! We were created in God's image and as such we all were created differently with a purpose. Don't let someone dictate the way you have to spend the shirt time we have on earth. Be you and do you!
25- Never judge people. I've learnt a lot when it comes to this aspect of judging people. We are we judge another human being like you and me? Let people live their lives but correct them when necessary.
26- Be open about learning new things
27- Pay off your debts. It's true we can't do with debts sometimes but we just have to try and pay our debts so we don't have enemies around!
28- Never be too Anxious
29- Keep trying
30- LIVE, LOVE and Laugh. My 3L is my ultimate.  Live one day at a time, I LOVE like I've never loved before and Laugh so hard!๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜… TO LET GO ALL THE PAINS.
My thirty lessons leant in thirty years. Am grateful to God for today and I'll forever be grateful. I live my life for you JESUS!
