Camer's rap queen Naomi Achu aka Bamenda queen is a year older today September 22, 2016. Born and raised in Bamenda Cameroon, the songstress started singing at a very tender age.
After doing backup for several artists, she decided to take music as a career and rap being her favorite she choose to engage in what reflects her personality.
In 2004 Naomi moved to the United States of America where she got into music full time and she released her first EP titled "No Boundaries" in 2009.
Her first solo album was"Positive Energy" in 2011with her signature hit ALHADJI which was even played at the Big Brother Africa season 8.
The album which also features popular Congelese singer Awilo Logomba. This Songstress has earned the love and respect of many Cameroonians and those in the diaspora.
The award winning singer has performed along side Fally Ipupa and Timaya.
She's a stylista and her fashion always draws the attention of the media. The bamenda queen brought to live the toghu on every platform she performs.
