GM Cuisine: How To Make Easy Classic Crêpe (Pancake)

Crêpe is one of my fave and easy breakfast. And its a snack many people love. Some people like their crêpes in quiet a different form while others prefer just the simple crêpe.
On our GM cuisine today I'll be giving you a real quick recipe on how to make a classic and tasty crêpe like a pro. Feel free to twist it to your taste. Some add onions and pepper to taste, but let's just look at what I have for you all my lovely foodies today. After this recipe I swear you gonna thank me later😉 . Let's get started....

How to make crêpe (Pancake)
Prep time: 10mins
Cooking time: 20 mins

Ingredients
*500g of all purpose flour
*200ml of milk
*100g of granulated sugar
*Small amount of  lemon zest
*1 sachet of nutmeg
*1 sachet of vanilla sugar
*2 tbsp of vanilla flavour
*2 large eggs
*2 tbsp of unsalted butter melted
*Pinch of salt
Pancake syrup to top (optional)

          Directions::::::
1) Put the granulated sugar in a bowl(but I here I used cubes since I didn't find granulated sugar) add a small amount of warm water then stir using a whisker or fork, to the sugar and water mixture add the milk, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Stir until the ingredients mix together.

2- Add the egg then beat until the egg mix totally with the mixture, then add the flour, the lemon zest, vanilla sugar andthe vanilla extract. Then whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy. If the mixture is too heavy put a bit of the warm water and whisk again. (The warm water is used so you don't have any noddles in your mixture. It helps makes your mixture smooth)

3) Put the butter in a frying pan and let it melt. Then add the melted butter to the mixture and stir until it mixes totally with the batter. And there you are ready to go.

4) Scoop the batter onto the frypan without using any oil or fat. The butter in the crêpe mixture helps you to cook the pancake without using any further oil. Let it cook for a while until it becomes brown.

5) Flip the other side and let it cook till brownish too. Continue step 4 until you finish the whole batter!
Et voila your yummy, crispy and flavoured crêpe is ready. Your crêpe can be topped with pancake syrup, but I used ordinary chocolate to top it. Enjoy your crêpe with warm milk or juice😉
